Return and Exchange Policy

Our products have been exclusively designed and manufactured by our own Production and Design Departments. We take great pride in ensuring that the quality of our clothing is of the highest standard as Veilkini firmly believes that you deserve the very best.

When you receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and then try it on in front of a mirror or get the opinion of a friend or family-member. Only when you are completely happy with the product and intend to keep it should you wear the garment outside or wash it. Unwanted items should be returned in the same condition and packaging that they were purchased in.

In order to avoid returns, please check your size carefully using our size chart, which explains how to measure yourself and what the correct size is for your general body measurements and for each particular garment.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 20 days of the date of purchase. The cost of returning the unwanted item is paid for by the customer. However, if you require an exchange, or online credit, the shipping charges to mail the exchange items to you will be covered by Veilkini.

Submitting a Return

  1. Go to the Returns Page and log in.
  2. Once logged in, choose an order number from the drop-down list and press, "Continue". (Note: If you purchased the order with a different account, you should log in using that account.)
  3. Choose a reason for returning the item(s) from the drop-down list.
  4. Enter a detailed message.
  5. Check the checkbox next to each item you are returning.
  6. Set the quantity of each returned item.
  7. Press, "Continue", noting the address to which your return is to be mailed: Veilkini Inc.

  8. Write your order number on a piece of paper place inside the box, along with your receipt.
  9. Return the item via Mail - Signed For Delivery.

Tracking your Return

  1. Go to the Return's Page and log in.
  2. Once logged in, click on, "View your return request history". (Note: If you submitted the return request with a different account, you should log in using that account.)

When your return is approved, it will indicate so in the, "Response" column. When your return is complete, it will say, "RETURN COMPLETE" and indicate what action was taken. If you were given online credit, it will be automatically applied to your next order. To view your online credit, check your Account Details. (You will be required to log in.)
